Each runs different test categories and sits in a different road environment, so the centre you choose changes what you need to practise.

An important caveat. DVSA stopped publishing official driving test routes in 2010, so nobody can honestly give you “the route”. What follows is the road network around the test centre and the features examiners have to assess somewhere within it. Learn the area, not a script.
They differ by road type rather than difficulty. Practise the one you intend to test at, because the skills each area leans on are genuinely different.

Per-centre pass rates are published by DVSA, not by driving schools, and they move every quarter. The authoritative source is the DVSA statistical data set for car driving and theory tests, which includes a table of car test pass rates broken down by test centre.
Two things worth knowing before you read them. First, a centre’s headline rate says more about who tests there than about the roads — a centre used heavily by intensive-course candidates will look different from one used by learners who have had a year of weekly lessons. Second, the national car pass rate has sat under 50% for years, so a centre in the 40s is unremarkable rather than a warning.
You will not find invented percentages on this page. If you want the current figure for Warwick, Coventry or Nuneaton, take it from the DVSA table directly and check the period it covers.
Learn the road types the area forces on you, not a route. Book lessons with an instructor who teaches in that test area, and get the rural, multi-lane and manoeuvre practice done on the actual roads before test day.

There is no honest answer to that, and anyone who gives you one is guessing. The centres differ in road type rather than difficulty: Warwick has a historic town centre and rural lanes, Coventry has industrial estates and ring-road junctions, Nuneaton has tight residential streets and A444 dual carriageway. The one you have practised on is the easiest one for you.
